The agents have their own chat interfaces with each chat interface designed specifically for that agents use, with information prompts and insights based around that agents expertise.

The agents utilise a variety of modules and data analysis tools to help you on your journey to sustainability and energy efficiency. Each module is designed to show such things such as energy savings comparisons, saving projections and payback methods for capex spends for your home business and restaurant. 

The agents also jointly use databases such as those on the Sustainability Map which shows a growing list of businesses, projects and organisations that are making an impact in the sustainability field. The agents often refer to this list of organisations as current examples on sustainable implementations and guidance.    

When the agents assist you each session saves your journey of questions from all of the agents and this conversation can be turned into a report or a project where you can develop a plan of action or project outline that can be saved on your user profile. 

The agents operate to assist you in research and development where they can contact people, businesses, organisations on your behalf regarding any specific need. The agents are connected with their own email access so can email you, or other people from organisations that may be of interest to you.
