Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

Legal disclaimer
The explanations and information on this page give a general, high-level overview of how Greenways Market (“Greenways”, “we”, “us”) and the Greenways Agents tools are intended to work. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, or regulatory advice, and they are not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your business.

Greenways Agents (including specialists such as Andrieus, Vincent, Artemis, Zara, Cheryce, Zyanne, Edwardo, and related guides) provide informational guidance on energy, equipment, grants and schemes, deals, news, and sustainability topics. Programme rules, tariffs, product availability, prices, and eligibility change. Always verify details with the relevant authority, supplier, or adviser before you apply for funding, sign contracts, or make investment decisions.
We recommend that you seek independent legal advice when creating or relying on Terms & Conditions, privacy notices, or contracts between your organisation and its customers or visitors.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Terms & Conditions — the basics (Greenways Agents)
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) are the rules that govern use of the Greenways website and related services, including Greenways Agents, member hubs, calculators, maps, tickers, marketplaces, and embedded tools (together, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these T&C. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Greenways currently focuses on European audiences and use cases (EU / EEA member states and related markets, with some UK and other European content where relevant). Local law in your country may still apply to how you use the Services and to any products or schemes you pursue.

Nature of the Services

  • The Services are primarily information and decision-support tools. Some areas may show products, deals, illustrative savings, grant or scheme summaries, news, or restaurant / building examples.

  • Agent answers are generated from curated knowledge, catalogues, and (where enabled) language models. They can be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation.

  • Content is often illustrative (including demo hubs, sample restaurants, and example calendars). Demo or sample data is not a live client account and should not be treated as your operational record.

  • Where e-commerce, enquiries, or introductions appear, separate supplier or partner terms may also apply.

T&C for a product marketplace differ from those for an information-only page; Greenways may combine both, so these rules cover browsing, chatting with Agents, and any member features you use.
